耐火纖維及制品是采用干法，濕法生產(chǎn)的具有較低體積密度。較好的柔軟性，極低的導熱系數(shù)的優(yōu)質絕熱保溫材料，施工時可分別采用粘貼法、錨固法、折疊塊形式施工，適用于各種工業(yè)窯爐降低熱耗之用。
Refractory fiber and product is manufactured by means of dry method and wet method .As an excellent insulation material, it has comparatively low volume density ,good softness and very low thermal conductivity coefficent, Sticking method, anchoring method and folding method can be selected respectively .This product can be used in various industrial kilns & furnaces for lowering heat consumption.

1、制粉系統(tǒng)用耐磨材料（No.1 Wearproof Material for Power Production System）
HNT-199 耐磨涂料
研制開發(fā)的HNT－199耐磨膠泥，適用于粗（細）分理器、煤斗、排粉機機殼、引風機機殼、磨煤機出口等設備作耐磨襯里。該材料為雙組份化學反應型耐磨涂料，主要特點為常溫固化、耐磨、防腐、抗沖蝕、材料粘結度強度大，耐剝離性能好，施工簡便，可涂抹于任何復雜工作面上，固化后的耐磨襯里，整體性強，抗熱震性能好，150℃以內(nèi)無漲縮，不開裂、不變形、不掉塊，是制粉系統(tǒng)理想的一種新型耐磨材料。其中HNT－199A型適用于粗（細）分離器，HNT－199B型適用于煤斗、磨煤機出口、排粉機機殼、引風機機殼、涂層厚度一般為15－20mm.
l HNT-199 Wearproof Coatings
HNT-199 wearproof clay developed by this factory is used as wearproof lining of the rough/fine seperator ,coal scuttle , shell of powder transmission machine , shell of wind attraction machine . This material is a double-composition chemical reaction type wearproof coating . Its main features are as follows ; being solidified under normal atmospheric temperature , wearproof , autiseptic, shock resisting , strong stickness , antistripping and convenient construction . It can be painted on any working surface. The solidified wearproof lining has strong entirety and good thermal shock resistance. It will not expand or contract, split open , be out of shape , fall blocks , so it is a new kind of ideal wearproof material suitable for powder production system . And type HNT-199A is suitable for rough/fine seperator , type HNT-199B is suitable for coal scuttle , mouth of coal grinder , shell of powder transmission machine , shell of kind attraction machine with its thickness from 15mm to 20mm.
